This is a picture of a shirt one of the kids from JBA was sporting yesterday. He is actually starting to become one of my favorite kids, his name is Nick and he is SO TALL. I should add him on to that one post I made about tall people. He's like 6'2" and barely 14. His whole family is tall, too. (From what I saw on move-in day)
So JBA has started and it's been crazy-hectic and fun as usual. The kids are absolutely great. They are crackin' me up left and right. They say the craziest things. Right now, we're sitting in studyhall and they're doing a bunch of worksheets about bugs. As for me, I'm blogging and listening to Kanye. I've been a bit stressed as of late, but realized it was because of my lack of (The New) Workout (Plan). But I went to the rec yesterday and today and I'm feelin' good! It's this cafeteria food, man. It's why I gained like 20 pounds freshman year. Last summer kicked ass because that's when I lost like 40 pounds, but it was mostly because food in California is expensive. Best. Diet.* Ever.
So I'm missing the midnight release of Harry Potter tonight because tomorrow I'm on duty. Ugggggggh. But luckily, watching the new movie will be a Sunday activity for the kids. I'd almost rather watch it with 208 kids than a bunch of kids and their parents. lol, so when Schaefer announced that we were going to watch it, I'll admit, I was one of the first to scream. I've also realized I may or may not have the mindset of a 12-year-old boy.
I also was reunited with one of my favorite JBA kids from two summers ago. I had no idea he was here!! He has grown up so much. This post is getting borderline creepy with all the things I'm saying about kids. So I'm going to stop now.
