CableWon

So I got home and my Internet was out. So I called CableOne and they couldn’t find my account with my phone number and I was getting so pissed off. Like...Internet comes free at my loft, but it is soooo slow! So I opted to suck it up and pay $29.99 a month for my own Internet. It’s hardly reliable but it’s better than nothing. I haven’t had very many problems with it recently so it was an unpleasant surprise when it was messed up tonight. I did the whole, turn it off, blow on it (lol) plug it in, count 10 seconds, etc, etc. So I’m on hold with CableOne for 16 minutes and then they’re like, “We don’t service Los Angeles.” And I’m like, “Well, $29.99 comes out of my account every month so where does that go?” Then I slowly began to realize that my Internet provider is TIME WARNER, not CableOne.... oops. I told them I’d just, “Figure it out” and hung up. MY BAD!

I called Time Warner and there was some Internet outage in LA. I accepted that...I mean, at least my computer wasn’t broken.

TW: “I’m sorry about the inconvenience. Would you like information about our cable services?”

J: “I have enough problems with your Internet...I don’t need one more thing to add on.”

lol what a silly evening I just had.
