Obsessed! (not that Beyoncé movie)

Thanks to Courtney, I have been listening to She & Him. She (Courtney, not the band) had been playing She & Him at her apartment when Cathy and I came over yesterday. I haven't really gotten into any new (new to me) music in the past...what, year or so? So it was refreshing to hear something different that I hadn't before. The "She" part of She & Him is Zooey Deschanel. You know, she was in Elf. SHE IS SO SO CUTE. I have a mega-girl-crush on her at the moment. She also randomly was in this episode of Weeds I watched with Cathy later that night.

BLINK182 COMEBACK TOUR THIS SUMMER! I was reading up on it tonight. Possible opening acts: Weezer, All-American Rejects, Fall Out Boy, etc. Holy shit, I feel like I'm in high school again. This is a picture of a possible set-list for their tour. OMG OMG.

The Blink182 comeback tour is part 1 of the 2 part series (for this post at least) of why I wish I lived in California atm. They only have a few tour dates up and most are in California. Part 2 of why I wish I lived in California:

American Apparel Flea Market. In LA only, ugh. If only it were a year ago. Or that I would just get my shit together and move out there already.

This post was so random.

This weekend ruled! James, Laura and I went to the pool today. It also happened to be the 10th year anniversary of the Kirksville Aquatic Center so the entrance fee was only $1! $1! Crazy! Also, there were root beer floats for free. This is the 3rd time I've had a free root beer float this summer. I don't even like root beer, but I do like free things.

Free Root Beer List:

1. June 3rd = Sonic

2. June 18th = A&W

3. June 20th = Kirksville Aquatic Center

Less than four hours of my shift left. 

Kenny also comes back today from a long weekend away. Excitement!
