Tonight, I was watching The Bachelorette and what I thought was going to be a 45 minute part 2 of the episode, turned out to be some interview with Jake and Vienna. Vienna was the winner of last season’s The Bachelor (Jake was The Bachelor, obvs). Honestly, I watched a few episodes, but I’d rather watch The Bachelorette than The Bachelor because I’d rather watch a bunch of shirtless guys than a bunch of skanky girls.
Anyway, apparently they broke up (surprise, surprise) and I don’t know the details of the separation, but I did feel for Vienna when she said that when she moved in with Jake after the show ended, how shocked she was at how different he was. It raises the question: do you really know the person you’re with? And not just in relationships, but in friendships, co-workerships, etc. You just never know. And that’s a really scary thing.
Oh reality television, you raise such meaningful questions.

I saw something about "Jake's Web of Lies!!1!" on a supermarket tabloid this morning. I wondered about it for a second before I zeroed in on the shot of his chiseled abs and was lost in a pleasant euphoria.
